Team ID Cards are now available!
To be able to print out the player and team staff ID cards, the team must be activated. The player ID cards will display:
- Member Type: Player
- Name
- Birthdate
- Region
- Team
- Card Expiration
- ID#
- Photo
- Division (under the photo)
- Play Level
The Team Staff ID cards will display:
- Member Position
- Name
- Birthdate
- Region
- Team
- Highest License Level
- Risk Status (Background Check)
- Card Expiration
- ID
- Risk Expiration (Background Check)
- Photo
- Division (under the photo)
- Play Level
Instructions:
1. In e4, click on the Team Roster tab for the team you want to print the ID cards.
2. You can select individual players/ team staff or all players/team staff by clicking on the
boxes next to each player/team staff.
3. Click on Print ID Card PDF
a. NOTE: You might get a pop-up blocker message on your browse that you have to allow.
4. You will get a PDF that you can print on Avery Card Stock 8471. Only the Regional Commissioner will be able to print out the team ID cards once the team is activated.
